Our cress has finally finished growing! Today we were very excited to taste our cress. it was a little bit strong on its own and some of us weren’t keen, but when we mixed it with egg mayonnaise it tasted much better! We recalled the steps that we had taken to grow our cress and we’re proud of our final result, and input that we had made to created our sandwiches.
