Hello, I am Mrs Joinson-Spencer! I have been teaching at Waterside since 2019 and I am also the SENCo here too. When I am not at work, I support Manchester United Women's Football team and watch many home matches at Leigh Sports Village - my favourite player is Rachel Williams! I have 3 pets at home (2 cats and 1 dog), their names all begin with 'M' - Max, Minnie and Milo!
I am Mrs Wainwright and I am a Teaching Assistant in Year 1. I have worked at Waterside for ten years. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family.
Mrs Akhtar is our SEND Teaching Assistant. Miss Akhtar says: "I have been at Waterside since 2012 and during this time I have been a lunchtime supervisor and have recently joined the team in reception. I have enjoyed getting to know the children and support them with their learning. Outside of school I like to cook for my family and enjoy sewing."
