Now you have had a tasty lunch and a break, it is time for some mindfulness before you begin your afternoon lessons.
Today, we would like you to focus your mind.
With all the uncertainty in the World at the moment, we may be feeling overwhelmed or worried. This simple task will help us calm our thoughts, take time to relax, refresh and recharge.
Today, you are going to think about your hopes and visions for your future.
These could be something you hope to achieve or something you hope to see happen in the coming year.
For me, I hope to see schools open to everyone ASAP and for the World to go back to some form of normality! I would also like to achieve my goal in reading more books this year, please let me know if you recommend any!
For this task, you will write your hopes and visions for the coming year within the two shades (see the document below!) Please do not worry if you cannot print these out, you can be creative and draw your own!
Once you have completed the activity, you should take a black and white photograph of yourself and print it if possible.
If you can't, please draw a self portrait then stick your visions and hopes sunglasses over your eyes!
You could put this up in your bedroom (if your parents allow!) so you can see your hopes and visions daily. Enjoy!
For today's P.E lesson, you will be completing three different activities:
Dance will warm your bodies up ready for the fitness lesson. After you have worked up a sweat, yoga will calm you down and stretch your body :-)
