Morning Task

This is morning is our Maths adult led activity to begin I want the children to practise their number formation, ask the children at random to write a different number, if they write a number incorrectly then please address the misconceeption and get the children to practise it.

Today we want the children to focus on halving a number of objects.

You may want to use objects if your child is struggling with the concept of halving quantities equally. If your child is confident then I would like them to complete the activities below:
