Morning Task

Monday morning is always our Maths direct task where we do our learning in our maths books, today I want the children to focus on addition and subtraction. 

I want the children to write out these addition sums and then write the answer, all numbers should be written correctly and the + and = need to be straight. They should find the answers independently and they can do this with their fingers or objects if they need to.

Then if your child feels confident they can attempt the subtraction sums, again all numbers to be formed correctly, the - and = to be straight and they can use objects if they need to.

Make sure you send your work to the class teacher and if you need anything then please ask
