Morning Task

This morning I would like you to develop your fine motor skills and practise your cutting skills by creating your own paper snowflake. 

See the link below for instructions of how to create your own, all you will need is some paper and scissors (and your grown up to help). 

I can't wait to see your creations. 

Let's read a quick story before lunch. 

We have enjoyed reading this short story at school today so we thought you might enjoy the same story too.

I know its winter when I have to wear my gloves outside. It gets very dark early at night AND it is very dark when I wake up in the morning, too!

How do you know it is winter?

Time for some lunch now. Time flies when you're having fun. 

Help your grown-up to prepare a nice, healthy lunch. 

Don't forget to count how many knifes a forks you will need for the table.
