Harvest at Waterside 2016
On Wednesday 19th October we held our super Harvest assemblies - this time holding one for Foundation Stage and Key Stage1, and then another for Key Stage 2.
The children sang their autumnal songs beautifully and it was great to see so many family members present in the hall to join with us on this occasion.
Each class performed a song, poem or information piece helping us to understand that at Harvest we are thankful that we have enough food to eat, and that others are not as fortunate as we are.
A big thank you to all the families that generously send in tins and packets of food - these are going to the local food bank to support hungry people in our own city.
