General Election Vote at Waterside
On Thursday 8th June, as the country went to the polls, we held our own General Election here at Waterside. After listening to each parties manifesto all the children in Years 1 to 6 had their own polling card and visited our 'pop up' polling booth on the playground to place their vote. Our results were as follows : Labour 50%, Green Party 13%, Liberal Democrat 16%, Conservative 10% UK Independence Party 11%.
