After School Clubs
In Spring term, Reading for Pleasure club runs on a Tuesday after school. All of the book lovers of our school gather together with Miss Davies-Moore to read for pleasure. We set up a cosy atmosphere with cushions, stools and squishy chairs. We believe it is important to be cosy when reading!
Currently, reading for pleasure club are enjoying the BFG. We have met the protagonist Sophie and have seen her captured by the BFG. However, we are starting to discover that he is not the same as the other giants in giant land.
We may sneak a few biscuits in whilst reading too!!!
Recently in reading for pleasure club, we enjoyed a reading adventure around the grounds of our school. It was fun to read in different places!
